Celebrated the kick-off meeting of a NATO project in which the Ebro Observatory is involved

On 21 November, on the occasion of the eleventh European Space Weather Week, held in Liege (Belgium), it was celebrated the kick-off meeting of the NATO project "Pilot network for identification of traveling ionospheric disturbances" in which the Ebro Observatory is involved.
