The last heat wave has left very high temperature records in the Ebro Observatory. On Friday we announced that, for the first time since we had data (1880), the value of 40 ° C had been exceeded in a month of June, with a maximum temperature of 41.3 ° C. Saturday was even warmer and we recorded a maximum temperature of 42.5 ° C, surpassing the previous day's record. Not only was the warmest June day of our series, it was also the second warmest day of any month, only exceeded by 43.0 ° C on July 7, 1982 and exceeding 42.3 ° recorded on August 4, 2018, which from now on will be the third highest value in our series.
